You can pay by card through Stripe or Square, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where your device supports them.

Yes. Card details are handled by Stripe or Square over an encrypted connection. AJA never stores your full card number or security code.

As soon as the payment succeeds you’ll see a confirmation on this page, and a receipt is emailed straight away with your booking details.

Yes. If you have an invoice or need to pay a custom amount, use “Enter a custom amount” in the booking summary and we’ll take that figure instead.

Cancellation terms depend on how close the visit is. Contact us and we’ll explain what can be refunded for your booking.

You can try the card again or switch between Stripe and Square. If it still doesn’t go through, call us and we’ll help you complete the booking.

Yes. A receipt is emailed as soon as the payment is confirmed, including the service, date and amount paid.

No. We never store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Payments are processed by Stripe or Square.
